FAQ's

When does the campaign run?

The campaign runs from April 1st through May 31st. You have two months to buy Frieda at OKay, find your code and enter it. After that, we close the doors.

Where can I find Frieda tomatoes?

Frieda is exclusively available at OKay supermarkets in Belgium.

How do I know if I have won?

Once you've entered your code and the campaign has ended, we will contact you by email if you've won. So be sure to check your spam folder in early June just in case, and please ensure you provide a correct email address.

Can I participate multiple times?

Yes, you can enter as many unique codes you have bought as you wish, but be sure to keep them and the store receipt to exchange for the prize if you have won.

What happens to my data?

Your data remains safe and will only be used for the campaign. We do not pass it on to third parties. Your privacy is just as important as a perfectly ripe tomato.

What do I need to enter and how do I get my prize?

To participate, you need the unique code found on your Frieda packaging. Fill out the entry form correctly and make sure to keep your sticker with the code and your receipt. If you win, we will contact you and send your prize to the OKay store of your choice, where you can exchange your receipt and code sticker.
