Persons who do not meet the above requirements;

The staff of the organizing company and the staff of partner companies that have directly or indirectly collaborated in the organization and promotion of the competition, as well as their family members (direct blood relatives in the ascending and descending line, as well as spouses and partners);

The Organizing Company will automatically exclude from the game all participants who have used scripts, software, robots, or other techniques that allow automatic participation without physical intervention.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to prosecute anyone who has committed fraud or attempted fraud during this competition.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently, fully or partially, block the ability to participate in the competition, not award any won prizes to this person, and reserves the right to take legal action against them, if applicable, against any person who disrupts the course of the operation and compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition.

The Organizing Company will make every effort to ensure that all participants have equal opportunities. For this purpose, participants authorize any verification concerning their identity and contact details. Any inaccurate or false information will automatically lead to exclusion from participation.

The winners of the competition will be contacted via the email address they provided.

It is not possible to participate in this competition in any other way than described in these rules. Participation by post will not be considered. No telephone inquiries regarding the conditions of the competition or the interpretation of these rules will be answered. All costs for participating in this competition (telephone, computer, internet costs, etc.) are entirely at the expense of the participants. Under no circumstances can they demand that the Organizing Company cover these costs. The Organizing Company reserves the right to request an explanation or to cancel participation(s) that appear to be contrary to the rules as laid down in these rules. Participants authorize the Organizing Company to carry out all checks regarding their identity and address. The designation of the winners is determined according to the rules laid down in Article 6 of these rules.

Article 5 - Competition Prizes
During the Competition, 50 prizes will be drawn in Belgium. The prizes consist of 5 Frieda tapas sets with an airfryer (tomato knife, tapas board, olive oil, tapas tomatoes, and airfryer) and 45 Frieda tapas sets (without an airfryer). Only a single prize will be awarded per physical person (same first name, same last name, same email address).

Article 6 – Designation of the Winners
The number of winners of the Competition is restricted and limited.
Only the winners of the Competition will be notified of their prize via email and/or telephone. If the email address provided by the participant is incorrect and/or if, for technical reasons, it does not allow the receipt of the email sent by the Organizing Company and/or if the winner does not respond within the set period (2 weeks after the Organizing Company has sent the email), they will lose their right to the prize and cannot claim any compensation, in whatever form. The Organizing Company reserves the right to ask each winner for a supporting document to prove their identity. Subject to verification of the validity of their participation and the confirmation of their details, each winner will receive their prize within a period of approximately four weeks after the end of the game. The prize is awarded to the winner in a personal capacity, cannot be traded, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize offered to the winner cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind on their part, nor to the award of financial compensation (in whole or in part), nor to the exchange or replacement by another prize, of whatever value, for whatever reason.

If circumstances require it (force majeure, events beyond the control of the Organizing Company), the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the won prize with another prize of equal value, without this leading to any liability.

The prize is awarded by name, only once during the term of the competition, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Article 7 - Awarding of the Won Prize
The winners declare that the personal data that may be requested are accurate, truthful, and correct. The final awarding of the prize will be announced after this verification, regardless of any prior notifications by email.
If the contact details contain incorrect and/or incomplete and/or false information and/or do not enable the organizing company to contact the relevant winners, the awarding of the prize will be canceled.
If the prize cannot be delivered to the winner or if it is returned to the sender, it is permanently lost.
Winners will be notified by email via the email address they provided when participating in the competition.
If it is not possible to award the prize for any reason, the Organizing Company may reassign the prize to another participant in the competition. This participant will be designated based on the criteria as laid down in Article 6.
The Organizing Company cannot replace the original seller of the gifts. The winners therefore undertake not to claim any liability from the Organizing Company for the prize, in particular with regard to its condition and quality. Furthermore, the Organizing Company accepts no liability for any damage suffered by the winners when using their prize.

Article 8 - Liability
The Organizing Company disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction of the internet lines and/or receiving equipment that compromises the smooth running of the competition.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify (in particular the announced dates), or cancel this competition for any reason, without being held liable for this and without the participant being able to claim compensation for any reason.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the possibility of participating in the competition if it (or its potential hosting provider) can no longer guarantee the continuity of the services necessary for the execution of the competition.
Furthermore, the Organizing Company reserves the right to stop or suspend the competition in case of fraud or, in any case, when, for whatever reason, the computer system awards prizes not provided for in these rules. In such cases, the message notifying the participant of a win will be considered null and void.
The Organizing Company disclaims all liability for any incidents and/or accidents that may occur while enjoying the awarded prize and/or as a result of its use and, in general, for any dissatisfaction with the delivery of the prize (e.g., Bpost).

Article 9 - Force Majeure
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable in any way if the event, for any reason beyond its control, cannot take place according to the planned circumstances (delay/loss during transport, complete or partial destruction, or for any other reason).

Article 10 - Privacy Protection
In the context of the management of the Competition, the Organizing Company processes the Participant's personal data as a data controller in accordance with applicable legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679) and in accordance with the privacy policy, available at www.tastyfrieda.be.
The Participant is informed that the Organizing Company will process their personal data for the management of the Competition.
In the context of the management of the Competition, the following data will be processed: acceptance of the Rules, result of the participation in the Competition, date and time of participation, last name, first name, and email address.
The Participant agrees that their first name and last name may be used in the context of the announcement of the winners on the Facebook page.
The Organizing Company retains the collected personal data for the period necessary for the management of the Competition and at the latest as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Organizing Company does not pass on the Participant's personal data to third parties, except if necessary in the context of the Competition or with the prior explicit agreement of the Participant.
The Organizing Company takes all necessary precautions to keep the data confidential. However, the Participant acknowledges that the transmission of these data via the internet is never without risk.
The Participant has the right to access the data concerning them and may, if necessary, request to modify or delete them by contacting the Organizing Company in the ways described in the following link: www.tastyfrieda.be.
The Participant also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. Their participation in the Competition will be canceled if the Participant has their data deleted or if the Participant objects to its processing. To assert the Participant's rights, the Participant should consult the privacy policy available at the following link: www.tastyfrieda.be.
The Participant authorizes all checks regarding their identity and data. Any indication of a false or incorrect identity or a false or incorrect address automatically entails exclusion from participation.
If a Participant has complaints regarding the processing of personal data, they are requested to contact the Organizing Company. If no satisfactory solution can be found, the Participant can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Article 11 – Communication
All communication regarding the Competition and the application of the Rules takes place solely via email at the following email address: marketing@hoogstraten.eu. The Organizing Company can never be held responsible for any defects in the IT systems or for the non-functioning or malfunctioning of the server.

Article 12 – Acceptance and Application of the Rules
Participation in the Competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the Rules. No contestation thereof will be considered.
Complaints regarding the Competition must be addressed in writing to the registered office of the Organizing Company within seven (7) working days after its end. Complaints can never be handled verbally or by telephone. Complaints that are not submitted on time, were not formulated in writing, or whose author cannot be identified by name, will not be processed.
These Rules can be consulted at any time on the site www.tastyfrieda.be.
The Competition is under the supervision of the Organizing Company. In the event of force majeure, in unforeseen cases, or in the event of a dispute, the Organizing Company may take all necessary decisions to ensure the proper conduct of the Competition. Its decisions are sovereign and are not subject to appeal.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to exclude a Participant – and, where applicable, a winner – in the event of an infringement of one or more conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception, or fraudulent participation in the Competition.
The Organizing Company may exclude Participants if it is established or suspected that they have attempted to damage the legitimate course of the Competition through cheating, piracy, or other fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices (including the generation of participations or votes by means of scripts, macros, robots, programs, or other automated means). In such cases, the Organizing Company may also exclude the Participants involved from participating in future campaigns.
No correspondence or telephone communication will take place regarding this competition, neither before, during, nor after the competition.
Decisions are final and irrevocable.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes
The Participants undertake to first try to find an amicable solution with the Organizing Company in the event of complaints regarding the application or interpretation of the Competition before taking any other steps.
If a provision of the Rules must be regarded as void or invalid, the other provisions of the Rules shall retain their validity. The Organizing Company is entitled to establish one or more replacement provisions that approach the nature and scope of the void or annulled provision as much as possible without being void or voidable themselves.
The Rules and the course of the Competition itself are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch-speaking courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
